I coached under Ted for 13 years at Cornell. He was a mentor and a friend. Living in Florida for the past eight years has made it difficult for me to see him, but I looked forward to his cards and phone calls over the years during the Christmas season. He was fun to be around, and always made me smile. My family and I,like so many others he touched in his lifetime, will miss him dearly. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wonderful wife, Jeanne, and his family.
