I had a Wrestler's Sub and some Bolaany from this place, and it was, bar none, no joke, the worst food i have ever had, ever. The bread was all flakey fluff, the onion rings were soggy, the breaded chicken was dry and burnt, and so was the meat. The BBQ sauce was unlike any I'd ever tasted - it was sort of sour or bitter. The "Bolaany" (they must have this misspelled on their menu, cuz there are few google results for it) seems like it's supposed to be some cool ethnic food, judging from google image results, but instead was turned into fried crap with some spinach thrown inside.

Just had the chicken bacon and ranch pizza, and I have to say it's hands down the best pizza I've had in Ithaca. I totally recommend trying it out.

I had a pizza from here recently. It was good, but I maintain that the other stuff I posted about above (The wrestler's sub, etc.) were terrible.

Pizza was excellent - probably the best we've had in Ithaca ever, but I agree with the above post that the other items (namely, the Indian spicy chicken masala pasta) were mediocre.

I worked at Ameritalia and they neglect their employees. I used to do everything for this place on a delivery driver's wage. I got $6/hr to sweep and mop most of the floors, change and take out most of the garbage, make most of the boxes, do most of the dishes, answer phones, work the counter helping customers, make food, and still do my deliveries. I made some tips, but those got to be next to nothing when college wasn't in session. After the owner told me that "even if you work here for 3 years, you will never get a raise," we had a falling out. Where is the incentive to try? After being their longer than almost anyone, doing more work than everyone, and always being a loyal employee, Hamid told me to leave and that I was never welcome back as an employee or a customer ever again. After I refused to leave without answers, he physically shoved me, picked up a chair, and charged me with it like he was going to bash me over the head.

Even if I wasn't allowed back, after this kind of treatment, I would never go back. This place has such a high turnover rate because they underpay employees. They treat you like their "brother" until they don't need you, and then you are nothing to them.

As far as food quality, I think their food tastes alright, but they use some of the cheapest ingredients. Also, they basically copied their business plan from Sammy's. Although they are not affiliated, the pizzas featured there are stolen from Sammy's.

When I worked at Ameritalia I made more money delivering pizzas then my dad did. I got fired cause I was a super douche bag that was disrespectful to customers and coworkers and am just an all around annoying person.

I'm pretty sure I was one of the highest paid people at Ameritalia and thus have no right to bitch.

I would like to offer my apologies to all those whom I may have offended with my comments about Ameritalia above. My objections where founded mostly out of resentment over what I believed was a most abrupt and unfitting termination. I realize now that my comments were mostly unfair and totally inappropriate.

It was especially harsh of me to say that Ameritalia stole their pizza and business plan from Sammy's. This has been an ugly rumor that is not true and was only alluded to because I was very angry. I turned to the internet to vent because I felt totally unheard. That being said, I do feel entitled to my opinion. It was not my intent to "lie" but instead to depict a sole opinion.

I always talked highly of Ameritalia because I believed in what they stood for and felt obliged to be loyal to my friends at Ameritalia. I still stand behind my prior praises of Ameritalia for their great food, low prices, and great service. Most of my opinions were founded in anger and spite from my disbelief of what had just happened. In fact, part of my anger stemmed from my banishment from Ameritalia which now prevents me from enjoying their food and low prices.

I still feel a bit confused by the way the situation was handled. I also feel deep remorse for the way things were left between Hamid and myself. Looking back on it, I believe that neither party involved wanted to hurt each other. Unfortunately, the situation got largely out of hand and what was done by both parties can never be changed.

Still, it is my hope that someday we will all look back on this and laugh. Nobody wants to go through life holding vendettas against others. At least, I know I don't. I would much rather forgive and forget.

I ordered two pizzas to feed a hungry group of students. An hour later--no pizzas. We called, they claimed they had tried the number six times, and then they realized they had written the number down wrong. Swore we would have the pizza in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later no pizza. Spoke with the worker on duty--no manager, he was working somewhere until 9:30--what kind of business doesn't have anyone in charge? Couldn't tell me who made the error. Driver was up at the airport, so no pizza for my class. No compensation. Worker's name was Brian--total idiot.

This seems less like a business and more like some frat boy prank. Only order from here if you DON'T want to actually get your food.

First off, it's obvious the former employee was threatened with legal action, so I'd take his words of praise with a grain of salt--and I suspect his original report may have more truth in it than the latter--especially if he was forced to retract his words by bullying ex-bosses.

The place is a pit--whoever said it was clean must have pretty low standards. The help is rude and incompetent, and there doesn't seem to be anyone who knows what is going on. The food merely mediocre at best.

There are plenty of other places to order pizza from where the service is decent and the pizza edible. Avoid this one like the plageu

Chicken bacon ranch pizza is so good. They finally got a new cook in there that can actually cook Italian food.
