Will Cargill own up to their negligence? Not likely. Too busy giving bonuses to their upper management and stealing from workers and farmers alike.

Cargill may be the tip of the ice berg.
As a former Fire Chief I often wondered why the twin towers collapsed the way the did. I know they were struck by airplanes and they did a lot of damage. But the lower floors collapsed was beyond that damage to my way of thinking.
Then Frank Brannigan said the same before his death. And I wondered, did they save money by underbuilding the units?
I remember when Rich Peterson was fired as the Santa Barbara County Fire Chief because of a fire in Goleta. It seems he was the scapegoat for the fire. They never mentioned the contractors who built houses in the high ground.
Money. Money. Money.

I bet their corporate offices have no structural defects, we wouldn't want the suit's to get hurt. Screw the poor little guy doing the grunt work.
Typical big business attitude about workplace safety.
