The sheriff in that town will do NOTHING about this shooting. All of them will get OFF because they are "rich boys".

These "rich boys" arent rich and they are surely not "low down white racist son of bitches". You dont even know what the hell happened so why don't you keep your name calling to yourself. Mr Martin, I am real sure you would "kill the hell out of them". If you did, you would be no better than them. So get a life and shut the hell up if you don't know what you're talking about.

Shows how much you know. these boys are typical Belzoni Country boys who have had to work for what they have. there parents have raised them well. Money cant buy justice but justice can be given to those who were involved in the situation just by being in the truck. They can't/ couldnt control the boy who pulled the trigger.

these boys are good decent white boys who had no intentions of murdering any one of any race. They made A MISTAKE and are suffering enough as it is. They don't deserve this slander. So unless you know these boys don't call them "rich boys" or "racist" if they shot from behind, they couldn't have seen the race of the ladies.

Here we go, people passing judgement on these boys and they haven't the slightest clue as to what went on that horrible night. Only those boys and God knows exactly what happened. Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty." These boys deserve a fair trail and from some of these commments posted on here they may not be so lucky to receive one. It is because of people like you that people can not receive a fair trial. You already have your mind made up that this was a racial issue and that these boys should be punished to the fullest extent. Do not get me wrong these boys should be punished for their actions but not in the way that some people would like for them to be. These boys will have to live with the choices that they made that awful night this innocent lady was killed for the rest of their lives. This will punish them mentally forever. These boys were at the wrong place at the wrong time is the way I see it, but as the saying goes "guilty by association". There is no doubt in my mind that these boys did not intentionally kill this lady. I feel deep sorrow for the family who lost a daugther, a mother, a sister, and a friend. No matter the severity of the punishment that these boys receive is going to bring her back and that is what is so tragic about this, she is gone forever.

I PERSONALLY KNOW THE 3 BOYS FROM BELZONI, THEIR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS AND KNOW FOR A "FACT" THAT THEY ARE NOT RICH, RACIST, WHITE BOYS. I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE YAZOO CITY BOYS OR THEIR PARENTS BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THEM. THEREFORE, ALL OF YOU WHO ARE SPEAKING NEGATIVELY ABOUT THEM AND WHO DO NOT KNOW THEM CANNOT SAY THEY ARE RICH AND RACIST. NO ONE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED EXCEPT THE BOYS AND THE "GOOD LORD" ABOVE.
HAVING FACED A SIMILAR SITUATION YEARS AGO MYSELF AND HEARING ALL THE HORRIBLE, HURTFUL THINGS PEOPLE SAID ABOUT MY FAMILY, I CAN TRULY SYMPATHIZE AND EMPATHIZE WITH ALL INVOLVED. THEY HAVE MY PRAYERS.
FACED WITH THE JURY POOL WE HAVE THESE DAYS, I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT "GOD" IS ON THE SIDE OF THESE ALREADY LABELED "RICH, RACIST,GUILTY, WHITE BOYS" WHO KILLED A BLACK LADY. I KNOW THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN TRIED AND CONVICTED. EVIDENCE DOES NOT PLAY A ROLE - ONLY THAT THEY ARE WHITE AND THEY KILLED A BLACK.

This incident is just a tragic accident when people were in the wrong place at the wrong time. The only people bringing up a race issue are the ones who are of a different race than the accused. Why do you people always want to throw your race card every swinging chance you get. The only people to ever "get off" of these types of crimes are the chocolate members of your race. Hell, we're liable to look up next week and see the so called Rev. Jesse Jackson marching all over the streets of our community, because he does jump on every racial event that your people want him to be at. He's full of shit. Godbless the boys and may there trial be FAIR and not a RACIAL issue

It seems anyone can make comments without knowing the facts or the people involved. I find it a shame that the media (as usual) finds it necessary to present rumors and innuendos to sensationalize this tragic event and sell newspapers. No one knows except those involved and the Lord exactly what happened. For those of you making negative comments and threats you might feel differently if it were your child/brother involved. But, then again maybe you wouldn't, as it appears you only wish to fill the air with your threats and hateful words. I know all of these boys and I will not try to persuade you with words to change your opinions of them as this would do no good. For those of you making positive comments I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Isn’t it ironic that the person making the accusations that these boys are “rich, white & prejudice” is so grossly and obviously prejudice themselves? And isn’t it strange that there is so much controversy surrounding this case and how these “white boys” are going to get out of trouble when just yesterday WAPT aired a report about a black man who had been arrested for murder AGAIN. Just another crime to add to his 17 page long rap sheet but if you go to the website and look for comments, you will find none. Why? Because we all know that he is going to “get out of it”. That’s the way it is. That’s why we can’t shop, eat out or go to bed at night feeling safe. Watch the news and see how many non-whites are getting out of rape, murder and burglary charges every day. The numbers will shock you. Or maybe they won’t. Attempting to make this about race is a joke. But not one that wasn’t expected.

Furthermore, I know the boy who “pulled the trigger” and I would like to know which one of you were there and witnessed him aim the gun and shoot? Can you tell us for a fact that the gun didn’t go off accidentally just like he said? No, you can’t. Because you don’t know. Have you personally spoken to him or any of the other boys involved since all of this happened? Have you witnessed the grief of them and their families? Have you been there and watched as they cry themselves to sleep and have you gotten down on your knees with them as they prayed for the family of the victim? Or are you listening to stories told by a “friend of a friend that knows them?” Are you reading inaccurate, unethical newspaper reports that have literally fabricated events and will no doubt eventually have to be retracted, most likely in small print, at the very back of the paper?

I know that these boys didn’t intentionally murder anyone. Let me say it one more time, they DID NOT INTEND to do this. None of them. Not the ones in the back seat, the one driving or the one who had the gun. It was a tragic ACCIDENT. And if these boys do, by the grace of God,“get out of it” I hardly think it will be due to the sheriff. It will be because God Himself, the One who knows exactly what happened and the hearts of all involved, intervenes.

If any of the boys or their families are reading this, let me say that I know for a fact that MANY people, black and white, are behind you and are sending up prayers daily on your behalf as well as for the victim’s family. May God bless and comfort you

First of all, I have to say, the comment made by "Friend-Clinton" took the words right out of my mouth. I totally agree with every word. Now, with that said, I have to say the comment made by "Mr.Martin" shows nothing but PURE BLATANT IGNORANCE on his part! First of all, he said the boys "ATTENDED to kill someone". The word he was looking for here is "INTENDED". I would also like to know,”Mr. Martin” if this were a group of black boys and they claimed it was an accident, would you want to kill them or would you even question their story? No, I don't think you would. This is not a racial issue. However, it's being portrayed as a racial issue because of people like "Mr.Martin". I know the boy who "pulled the trigger" also, and I know that he and his family are NOT AT ALL racist. They are good Christian people. This boy wouldn't hurt a fly, much less intentionally hurt a person, BLACK or WHITE. My heart breaks for all of the boys and their families as well as the victim's family. I will keep praying for all of you every day, and yes "Mr. Martin", I will be sure say a prayer for you too!

I agree with friends from clinton and brandon. These boys are all in my prayers each and every day. I want anyone who is involved with these boys to know that i love ya'll and you are all in my prayers!!!! I pray every night for a fair trial and for God's hand to be on the judge and the jurors in this trial, and I truely believe that God is going to come through not just for me but for everyone involved. One of these boys is my cousin and another is one of my best friends. I know these boys personally and they are all truely Terrific guys!!! so everyone keep them and their families in your prayers!!!

i find this ridiculous that some people have no idea who these so called rich boys are. thses "rich boys" are just regular people/country boys. they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. these boys were raised in good CHRISTIAN homes. they an there family are just as hurt an upset as the family/friends of the black woman who died. just because we are WHITE doesnt mean we ALL hate or dislike BLACKS. seems to me you are the racist ones.everytime a WHITE boy gets in trouble you expect them to get punished but its a diff. story when it comes to your own kind! how many "BLACKS" get away with INTENTIONAL murder EVERY day? thses boys honestly NEVER meant to hurt much less KILL anyone of any race! were you there that night? have you been in the homes of these boys since it happened? these boys will have to live with this mistake the rest of their lives. also "mr.martin" its funny to me you can sit here an talk ab how they should be in so much trouble for killing a woman on accident but yet you can sit here an say you would not jus kill them but "kill the hell outta them". that comment makes you jus as bad or worse than them, dont ya think? those of you that are sittin here (an dont know a damn thing ab these boys) passing judgement on these boys an talkin all kind of awful thing are (in GODS eyes) sinnin . GOD said a SIN is a SIN. these boys are havin to deal with enough as it is. why do people always have to put there 2 cents in? GOD will be in this trial an i pray that he will show his mercy an grace on these boys. i love these boys every much an would do anything in the world 4 them. please keep these boys, the trial, and also the woman who died in your prayers.

I'm hoping this was not a racial issue. I feel like if the boy's wasn't drinking things would not
have gotten out of hand. First, of all why would a person want to shoot the tail light out on a moving vehicle anyway. It doesn't matter about the race of the person(s) it's a tragedy situation. If you shoot a gun somebody or something is going to be hit.

I am not a racial, but I do feel that everyone acting like there was no life taking for someone. That was two girls mother and one of them might even remember her. I feel that no matter what color they where it was wrong. They should be held respect for there crime and not get off. Someone said what if they was black. Would people judge. If they were it wouldnt be anythig said be give them life.

Thought you weren't "racial" or do you always contradict yourself in the same sentence
