Very expensive food for US raised catfish, here in SE Asia, they just shove in chicken manure, cheap food.
Needless to say, I don't eat farm raised fish.

I once saw a 90-pound Mississippi River "mud cat" landed. The whiskers were 3-feet long.

The bar-b-que was a beauty but I'm still amazed. That was a long time ago but I'll never forget that fish.
