This girl (the driver) was drunk. The closest bowling alleys to the accident scene are East Islip and Bay Shore, both at least a few miles away. She HAD to be drunk to not realize her lights weren't on for so long and yet all she is charged with is leaving the scene? How about Vehilcular Manslaughter!!!

And just who was it that insisted on crossing Sunrise Highway when she was drunk off her a55 at 4:00AM? She can be judged by that stupid move alone.
