Woman rescued after falling off Oakley dock

A 35-year-old woman who fell off a dock into the Delta waters was rescued by a good Samaritan and the Coast Guard, authorities said.

Me and a few friends were in vintage parkway, by the water a few months back and heard a woman screaming r help. We looked out to the water and saw a boat speed off. Somone in the boat had left her in the water screamin for her life. So we called 911 and the coast gaurd came. Crazy shit always happens in vintage.
