I agree with the article. Homeowners have to face up to taking care of the house. Cleaning, landscaping, painting, repair it if its broker. and permits for extentions etc. If they want they house to sell. Buyers on the otherhand need to make realistic offers. You are not going to get amint home in Plainview for $350,000-400,000. These offers were placed on a house asking 500,000. Buyers and sellers really need to get real.
