Verizon had a 2010 net income of 3.6 Billion dollars and they offer $5000 for information on someone who tried to kill an employee. Wow, is that what a life is worth these days?

Verizon offers a 50k dollar reward when someone vandalizes their property but when an employee gets shot its only 5000. You have got to be kidding.

thank u Cybts1, u just hit the nail right on the head, that how the game is play for those of your who don't understand it. wonder why our senior citizens are getting out of retirement to work again, after working 50 years or more, it's because the big boy and girls up stairs are giveing us (the real workers) the chicken changes and keeping the big bucks for them self, therefore when an employee gets hurt or kill on the job, the company just rehire someone eles and keep the train moveing and then they (the ceo's) want to print their bulletin and called all the employees "family" or a "team", bull crap, family do not treat family like that, 5000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the killer or killers, i have seen people put that amount out for the return or find of thier missing pet. come on now verizon show the public that u value your employees and respct their family.

Talk about "the chickens coming home to roost". Director R.J. Kuterka's personal truck was stolen from the Bloomfield central office parking lot. Let us see how that gets dealt with? He is one who does not believe there are two man areas.
