as i stated earlier this is my first time and last time i am posting on this site. i apoligize for any derogitory remarks that i made about ethics members or families. i am not( concerned )nor do i no him/her but it sounds like a her and i felt that the attack you put on them when they were nothing but nice in their comments and attitude. yet you felt obligated to slander and belittle them by calling them stupid and hideing it under vocabulary, or comments like put a band aid over your mouth so it dosent overload your ass, or tell me how long it takes to get your head out of your ass. as i read it they made no attacks on either of you. if it was a female i hope you dont treat all females that way. as for slander as ive been reading that seemed to be the norm on this irvington site, ie... sam travis, police-ernie fox, brad. all un proven rumors or slander made about them.it doesnt seem that bad over here in brandenburg. you will not hear from me again

If you've only been here a month, you've been busy in the gossip circle (obviously the wrong circle) to know 'so much' about each person you've mentioned. I just love how when legality of things said or done becomes an issue (ie: slander) the backstepping foxtrot begins.

Have you ever heard the phrase, "If (insert best friends name here) were to jump off a cliff are you going to follow?" Seems to fit here doesn't it?

Telling someone that you think they should shut their mouth or "put a band aide over your mouth before you over load your ass" is in no way slanderous. Granted it is crude just as I say "lay down and lick your own nuts" I don't say it to be nice but it is nicer than what I could say. And nicely put it means "stop your about to cross a line you wish you hadn't crossed". Hints are inherently a human form of communication intended to expand another's mind by giving it a puzzle to figure out. A puzzle that is relatively simple and denote a sense of common sense intelligence.

Apparently, there is a learning curve that needs to be considered here. So, Bottom line in the simplest form from me, If you insist on using my nick/name, please learn to spell it correctly and in it's entirety, and be forewarned, slanderous remarks WILL not go uncountered in a court of law!

Just to be sure you understand, prove what you say when you use my nick/name or you will see me in a court room!

So, which one is it you have a problem with? Or do you just lump them all into the same boat and assume they are a problem? I suggest that maybe you go to city council and make a formal statement reguarding your concerns of the committee members. Otherwise, zip it!

I think that would be the best solution to all our problems. City use their own employees to do the work. Sorry you won't be on our PD, I think they are missing out of having a top notch officer.

The so called elite of this small town may feel like upper class
But for the very ordinary in a bigger town they would pass
They have their social gatherings where one must be invited to attend
If one sees you as an enemy to none you are a friend
One might call them a cliche or call them what you may
But they do feel so conceited in their self important way
At their weekend invitation only dinners the small town talk is rife
One must feel a bit sad for them for their narrow outlook on life
The upper class of this town is their one claim to renown
But when all is said and all is done 'tis a small country town
But the upper class in a small town in the city with the upper class could not socialize
But then everybody looks at life through very different eyes
Where-ever you live in big or small town you will have social rank
But for the fact of rank and class we have ignorance to thank.

Why are they needed?

Who can truly know,

Which words should be heeded?

Who starts these battles

Just to cause pain?

Who feels the need

To join in that game?

Emotions can take over

Making reality seem bent

Turning truth into fiction

And causing great torment.

The lies start out small

Then continue to grow.

Making it impossible

For the truth to show.

First he said this…

Then she said that…

Now everything is starting

To smell like a rat.

So ask yourself this

The next time it starts…

Will you react with emotion

Or will you use your smarts?

Try to remember this

If they try to draw you in…

Only God is allowed to judge

That is the only way to win.

Words can only hurt you

When you let them take over.

Just let go and let God

And choose to be better.

Very nice Jena, The message is clear, unfortunately, the gossip at times turns to slander and its time to do something about it.

workaholic, I have given this long drawn out thought. I apreciate your apology and by giving one you have shown you realize the error of your ways. My true disappointment lies in the fact that one must use the law in order to exact such an apology, however, it was given and it has been accepted. I hope that your lesson is well learned and that is sticks in your heart for the remainder of life!
