I was about 3 minutes behind the accident sitting at the light to make a u-turn to get onto 114 ..... If I was a few minutes earlier, that might have been me killed...... I don't have any clue why alcohol is isn't illegal....... THE VICTIMS FAMILY, BASICLY 2 CHILDREN AND A WIFE LEFT WITHOUT A HUSBAND/FATHER, ALL BECAUSE OF A SELFISH ACT DONE BY JUSTIN. JUSTIN I HOPE YOU READ EVERYONE OF THESE COMMENTS YOU SELFISH S.O.B.!!!! I don't have any sympathy for that murdering drunk bastard, HE MADE THE DECISION TO DRINK AND DRIVE !!! I DON'T CARE IF HE IS A NICE, SWEET GUY.... OR WHATEVER HIS EX SAID. THE FACT REMAINS HE MADE THE DECISIONS WHICH LED UP TO MURDER...... YES IT WAS MURDER........ WHEN I SAW THE ACCIDENT, I STOPPED TO RENDER AID, THE VICTIMS LEGS HAD BEEN CUT OFF AT THE KNEES. THERE WASN'T A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF BLOOD SO HE MUST HAVE DIED ALMOST INSTANTLY. I THINK HIS LEGS WERE STILL IN THE FEDEX TRUCK... IT WAS MESSED UP THAT THE IRVING POLICE OFFICER THAT SHOWED UP FIRST, HE JUST HELD A BLUE TARP KINDA IN FRONT OF THE VICTIM HOLDONG IT VERTICAL. SO EVERYONE PASSING BY BEFORE THE AMBULANCE ARRIVED COULD SEE THE BODY. THEY COULD HAVE ATLEAST COVERED THE BODY..... STUPID OFFICER COULD HAVE SCARRED SOME KID RIDING BY IN THE BACK OF HIS PARENTS CAR, FOR LIFE

I was driving back from dinner when I saw the accident. I passed the horrible scene and saw the Fed Ex truck looking like it was completely sliced in half! It was a terrible sight! I agree with Josh- The drunk driver killed a family man all because he made the choice to drive while intoxicated. I am glad he is being charged!

I was directly behind Justin's vehicle when this accident happened and was one of the first on the scene. It was horrible and a scene I will never forget, but the victim did NOT have his legs cut off as was stated in earlier post. Please don't try to sensationalize things. It was bad enough as it was, but this could be detrimental to his family and friends.
