Of all the broken promises from President Obama, this is probably the worst one, because this debt is threatening jobs today; it is threatening prosperity today; and it is guaranteeing that our children and grandchildren get a diminished future,” Ryan said. “The problem is, the president keeps kicking the can down the road. No leadership on this issue. The Senate hasn’t even passed a budget in three years. We have a very clear choice ahead of us.”

I asked, please tell me how many of the huge number of Democratic male descendents of the Kennedy's put on a uniform and served the country, aside from the president himself.

Then there was Teddy who mistakenly enlisted for four years during the Korean war, and daddy Kennedy saw to it that his military timeline was cut down to two years and made sure he didn't go to Korea where the fighting really was. Safe from harm, and a failure in the service to-boot.

Americans have bigger fish to fry than Mitch McConnell. Why are you attempting to focus on little ole Mitch when the big guy Obama is tearing our country apart? Is that part of your "distract, distort and deceive" plan to keep the focus off of Obama and his huge failure as president? How's that workin' out for you Obamorons, irate guy? LMAO!
Because McConnell said his NUMBER 1 goal was to make Obama a one term President. That means at all cost to Americans. Here's your Repub leader at work trying to hurt Obama while at the same time killing American jobs.:
.
(Reuters)- Republicans in the Senate blocked on Thursday the "Bring Jobs Home" bill.
The measure was stopped dead in its tracks when Senate Republicans blocked it from being debated. The bill also is opposed by some large U.S. business groups.
It would have provided a 20 percent tax credit to companies that move production back to the United States. It also would end a tax break that companies can claim when closing a domestic plant, even if operations are moving abroad.

I tell the truth straight up, and in your face. If you let stuff like the truth distract you, then that's your baby, and you have to rock it. If you can't see mcconnell as one of the biggest problems in the senate, then you have a selective sight problem. It's the wingnut extremist's get Obama at all cost program that is tearing this nation apart. If you can call Obama a failure after being very effective, even in spite of the obstructionists, then what would you call george WMD bush? Boy, that's a stumper!

Mark Shields Gets Mitch Slapped <<<---<<
Bill Schanefelt

Unseen by almost everyone, mild-mannered Mitch McConnell stepped out of the phone booth the other evening as SuperMitch and delivered the most succulent and exquisite thrashing of a media hack yet delivered this election season.

Nice job, Mitch. Now you need treat the Dems the same way. Instead of referring to Dingy Harry as the "gentleman from the Nevada", start calling him "the desert rat who will steal anything that's not nailed down." Stop referring to Chuck Schumer as "my friend and colleague from New York" and start calling him "the prototypical political ambulance chaser and camera hound." At the very least, stop pandering to these people who would throw out these "time honored traditions of the greatest deliberating body in the world" and stab you (and us) in the back at the drop of a hat.
This is the Mitch McConnell I remember in 1984 when he won his first term as Senator. He was a fighter and unapologetically conservative. I guess it was easier then when he was riding the coattails of President Reagan. For the last twenty years, however, he has been the classic example of what happens when unprincipled Republicans spend too much time inside the Beltway.

WASHINGTON - A U.S. Navy SEAL who has authored a first-hand account of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden says the al Qaeda leader was shot in the head as he peeked from a bedroom door, an account that diverges from the Obama administration's original description of the incident.

Good. McConnell is doing exactly what we want him to do. Make sure Obama is a one-term president. If that is accomplished then ALL AMERICANS, not just the republicans, will profit from McConnell's goal. It must burn the hairs on your old ass that the majority of Americans want Obama to be a one-term loser now that Obama has failed terribly as president. Blame it on McConnell, Bush, Palin, Rush, Beck, Fox News, whomever and whatever but the reality is if Obama didn't arrogantly hand-deliver his many huge failures to the American people none of this conversation would even be possible.

Obama and his many failed policies is the reason why Obama is a one-term loser. Put the blame where it rightfully belongs.

You GOPers have a seriously dysfunctional relationship with reality, it is Obama that took all the risks by going deeper into debt stopping the rapidly hemorrhaging of the economy. The number of unemployed peaked in October 2009 at 15.6 million, the number of unemployed now is down to 12.5 million! In a number of metropolitan areas such as Midland TX the unemployment rate is below 6%.
Any gains in employment were made "inspight-of" Obama's massive spending spree! not "because-of".
Argue the validity of my numbers...or concede.
Government spending only redistributes the working class money taken by taxation...government HAS NO MONEY...government only takes it to "redistribute" it.
