And this man wants to pretend to want to pay down National Debt?

Don't find this appalling.....only 50% more than last year!

i heard he flushes the toilet everytime he goes to the bathroom. maybe you can write an article on how he's wasting water. a little yellow, kind of mello. a little brown, flush it down. hell, you can even try and be clever and make a backhanded racist comment while doing it. go for it. maybe you can get a gig writing for the national review or some shit. don't be happy to fixate on the small petty shit that the others are fixating on. be a leader and come up with your own ridiculous inane whining.
it's funny how many gop dittoheads like to call everyone who doesn't agree with them sheeple when they get on here and parrot the same shit that all the conservative rags are publishing today.

He is suppose to be setting an example. Hungry & Homless on the streets but theres no care in the White House.
#5 Dec 4, 2012
so you think the white house should be decorated for christmas with urine soaked newspapers and empty cardboard cups from fast food joints? will that make you happy? sounds like you're trying to wage a war against christmas there, bub. well, actually it sounds like you'll bitch about whatever it is your masters tell you to bitch about. do you at least get a cracker for being such a good parrot?

Did you know?
President Franklin Pierce was the first to decorate a Christmas tree at the White House.

Merry Christmas, My Friend
'Twas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone,
In a one-bedroom house made of plaster and stone.
I had come down the chimney, with presents to give
and to see just who in this home did live.
As I looked all about, a strange sight I did see,
no tinsel, no presents, not even a tree.
No stocking by the fire, just boots filled with sand.
On the wall hung pictures of a far distant land.
With medals and badges, awards of all kind,
a sobering thought soon came to my mind.
For this house was different, unlike any I'd seen.
This was the home of a U.S. Marine.
I'd heard stories about them, I had to see more,
so I walked down the hall and pushed open the door.
And there he lay sleeping, silent, alone,
Curled up on the floor in his one-bedroom home.
He seemed so gentle, his face so serene,
Not how I pictured a U.S. Marine.
Was this the hero, of whom I'd just read?
Curled up in his poncho, a floor for his bed?
His head was clean-shaven, his weathered face tan.
I soon understood, this was more than a man.
For I realized the families that I saw that night,
owed their lives to these men, who were willing to fight.
Soon around the Nation, the children would play,
And grown-ups would celebrate on a bright Christmas day.
They all enjoyed freedom, each month and all year,
because of Marines like this one lying here.
I couldn't help wonder how many lay alone,
on a cold Christmas Eve, in a land far from home.
Just the very thought brought a tear to my eye.
I dropped to my knees and I started to cry.
He must have awoken, for I heard a rough voice,
"Santa, don't cry, this life is my choice
I fight for freedom, I don't ask for more.
My life is my God, my country, my Corps."
With that he rolled over, drifted off into sleep,
I couldn't control it, I continued to weep.
I watched him for hours, so silent and still.
I noticed he shivered from the cold night's chill.
So I took off my jacket, the one made of red,
and covered this Marine from his toes to his head.
Then I put on his T-shirt of scarlet and gold,
with an eagle, globe and anchor emblazoned so bold.
And although it barely fit me, I began to swell with pride,
and for one shining moment, I was Marine Corps deep inside.
I didn't want to leave him so quiet in the night,
this guardian of honor so willing to fight.
But half asleep he rolled over, and in a voice clean and pure,
said "Carry on, Santa, it's Christmas Day, all secure."
One look at my watch and I knew he was right,
Merry Christmas my friend, Semper Fi and goodnight

Last year the republicans cried and moaned and cried and moaned bc the White House didn't have a picture of a Christmas tree in their picture. Now there's to many?? You all would cry over everything

Only a fool would think this behavior is O.K. & at a time the deficit is at all time high! Excessive Waste....Spend what you don't have! That is a sign of true Leadership!

Like war and taxes for the rich

or bridges to nowhere which the house of representatives continued funding as recently as 2011. just exactly what party is in charge there? oh yeah, i remember now. we need to spend that remaining 200 million dollars of a 300 million dollar project because without it that island with 50 people living on it will have to keep using the ferry. for the record, they're spending 300 million taxpayer dollars to put the small business owner of the ferry company out of work by building a bridge that won't be used. but obama put up some christmas trees. that's got to be nearly the same thing or worse. in fact, it has to be worse or the truth would have mentioned the bridge to nowhere because he's such a patriotic american and worried about spending that he would never just put up shit that makes obama look bad while totally ignoring the pork barrel spending of the gop like a mindless twit who reposts whatever he sees on his conservative shit rags and blogs.

Especially since Obama is leading a war on Christmas! I guess he didn't get the message.

Did you know?
The U.S. Post Office produced its first Christmas stamp in 1962.

To the American People: Christmas is not a time or a season but a state of mind. To cherish peace and good will, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas. If we think on these things, there will be born in us a Savior and over us will shine a star sending its gleam of hope to the world."
~ Calvin Coolidge (1872-1933), American president. Presidential message (December 25, 1927).

The Supreme Court has ruled that they cannot have a nativity scene in Washington, D.C. This wasn't for any religious reasons. They couldn't find three wise men and a virgin.
