I never said that he did anything! but the cameras n the post office didn't lie! from what I understand they had been watching him. I never judged him b of his appearance. he has always been friendly and spoke. and I agree with the innocent until proven guilty but as everyone knows it's more like guilty until proven innocent! so if by some chance he didn't commit this good but if he did put his ass n jail with the rest of the thieves!
Totally agree

that's ridiculous. If I had made a supportive comment, is that not judging someone? That's ok though.

Sorry there puddin, but if I or anyone else wants to judge someone, you're gonna have to accept it. Blame the founding fathers and the first amendment. See in a place like china, you probably can't judge someone. In USA? Sorry puddin.

At least forest looks to be remorsefull and ashamed in his picture. I feel for him, he's a good guy with some serious charges. We will see how the grand jury views the evidence. The other guy, Herbert, is nothing more than a fast talking swindler. he looks so smug in the picture. I've heard him telling people what a good Christian he is. Guess god can forgive your sins, but he doesn't erase the camera tapes.

Forest is a great guy, he saw the evidence (surveillance tapes) they had on him. Proved nothing. He pled not guilty in court. Like most of you on here judging him by appearance, so were the officials that wanted him gone from the post office. Same stuff, different day, in the good ole boy community of ironton/Lawrence county.

I would judge him on his 'style'. U can't really do that these days. You see so many tats on ppl, piercings ect... I'm just over judging ppl by that. Iv never heard anything bad abt these guys till this came up. It's a shame really. Here's hoping they get their life right

I think as a whole, the postal workers in Ironton are a good, honest group. Just like any place, there are a few bad apples in the bunch. I don't know if these guys did what they are accused of, but they will have their chance to tell their side of the story and in the end we will know.

Well Debbie: Maybe you need to go back to school and learn about the first amendment:“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” I believe that doesn’t give you the too state things that are not based on fact. Once that has happen I believe that is called slander, which can be criminally charge or even a lawsuit. Like someone said before he is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. So if he is found not guilty in the court of law; he can come after anyone that states false statement about him.

Sorry puddin- my original post stated his appearance is strange. That is not protected speech? Sorry. Go back to worthless sociology classes or whatever you take in "college". You must go to OSU if your grammar and spelling are any indication.

So yes, I am saying that you are a dumb person. Hire an attorney, get my IP address, and sue me. I don't think I will be hearing from ya there ole puddin.

Why would I get a lawyer and sue you? You didn’t state anything about me, besides calling me dumb. Also I like to know what I miss spelled because I sure I didn’t. Now grammar maybe but I am not an English major and it my worst subject. I was just correcting you because you just state what is on your mind about someone, less you have proven fact about that person that your statement is about. Somebody could interpret that wrong and could get in trouble.

First of it would be libel, not slander. Slander refers to speaking about another in a defamatory way.

What exactly did I state about someone - that the guy has a strange appearance??? Sorry puddin, my right.
