They drug and alcohol test everyone involved even if there was not a fatality.
is that something new they are doing because they didn't drug test me or the Guy that totaled my car on 93 near Porter gap a few years ago?

It seems that the tox screen is more important to some, rather than her and her daughter's physical condition. She and her daughter need our prayers...also, their family needs our prayers. People are always putting the cart before the horse...always judging others. I don't know them, but my heart goes out to them tonight.
If you did know them...and know the family...then you would probably instantly think drug related. You know how there is a major problem in this area...particularly with people traveling to Florida for pain pills/clinics? Well...that's why our youth in the community have easy access to drugs. Cause of adults that abuse and sell. Without going into much detail...I'm sure you get the jist. I feel sorry for the daughter. But her kids know what's going on. As do the police.

my friend was behind the wreck when it happened. she told me there was a semi that ran the girl off the road and kept goin, never even hit the brakes. she was one of the first to run down to help these girls, said they were severly injured. no matter if drugs were involved or not, please pray for them and respct them.

upset at the people here!!!!!!!!!!
Can I ask you all something? What is more important in this topix? If Sara Stapleton was tested for drugs or if her daughter is okay or if she is alive or if she has lost a body part or anything like that. I am talking about the little girl. Does anyone care about her or do you just want to trash her mom?

I do feel sorry for them. Nobody should have to suffer. However, when you are a drug abuser...you risk the chance of harming yourself and many others when you get behind the wheel of a vehicle knowingly. All I'm saying is there is a high probability that drugs were involved. It's the tri-state...and the fact of the matter is...the drug problem is getting worse and worse each day...and according to children services and task force...the family has been caught up in drugs If drugs were involved...think about if that was you and your newborn baby and some drug head was high and out driving and caused a wreck in which you were involved in. I'm sure many people would have a change of heart towards druggies driving high. They are all around you driving. I hope this family is okay and heals...but if drugs were a factor...I hope jail time is in the future...and liscense should be revoked permanently.

I can see that a few of you people do care about the people not the drug testing. I donít care who they are if they are in a wreck I worry about the people in it. I think about the drugs test later. The people are the more important thing. It is not you people on this trash site to judge others. As it says he who out sin cast the first stone. He who lives glass should not throw stones. I can tell you that I am a sinner and there is not a one on here that is not a sinner so donít judge the people in life.

I care if drugs were involved. Because I don't feel the situation should be minimized just because they went to hospital. I care about drug testing because it's a major major problem. And next time it could be your daughter or granddaughter killed by pill heads driving. It's reality. Face it! I'm not judging. I am thinking legal. Can't be considered judging when it's FACT!

can i ask you something? do you even care about the life that is in the hospital or do you just want to make sure that if and i say if she was doing drugs that she gets in trouble for it no matter if the little girl is hurt? you don't think about the people you just think about the Idea that she may of used drugs. no you just what to make sure she is using and get her busted for it. are you a person that would put drugs in a car to make sure that the person went to jail? i don't care about the drugs. i know more about what drugs can do to a family then i want to and maybe then most people here. i care and pray for the two people not just the one little one.

Obviously you are not reading anything and jumping straight to a response. I have said I do feel sorry for them...and especially the child. I don't feel anyone should suffer...and I hope they heal. IF drugs were involved...I don't think the situation should be handled any more lightly because of injuries. Also...another issue that people should think about...not only are our tax dollars paying for the drugs these people abuse...but then we pay for their hospital bills when they wreck their car after using the drugs. Crazy checks buy people pills ad drugs to abuse. Medicare covers the aftermath. Gotta love it all! That's why our system is so messed up. BTW...look up Lawrence Co. Municipal and Common Pleas dockets online. It's public and you can view all arrests and charges from anyone. From bad checks to domestic violence to drugs. Have fun.

ok how about we straighten some things out. the semi didn't run her off the road. or honk its horn. they did keep going but didn't cause it. a car was stopped waiting for traffic in the other lane to pass to turn into porter gap. a semi was in the other lane going north on 93. the car that wrecked was going to fast to stop so the car that was stopped moved up. the other car swirved around it into the wrong lane almost hitting a car heading south on 93. they fishtailed and swirved a bit then went straight in front of another car hitting the guardrail. they ramped up the guardrail hitting a tree then fell over the hill. the horn you probably heard was from the wrecked car. a few guys lifted the hood to shut it off. soon after the response vehicles got there to take care of it. i don't know her situation with drugs & it really doesn't interest me because i personally know that had absolutely nothing to do with it. do you not even care that is is very rude & disrespectful to be trash talking someone when them & their teenage kid is severly hurt? just think if it were you in the situation. would you want someone running their mouth about you when you couldn't even defend yourself at the moment?

Why not wait to see if drugs are even an issue before posting it on here. There are 2 injured people and one is a child.
Have some respect for this family.

Yes I have read the whole thing. When you was first writing you just wanted to know about the drug test. Yes I do think that if the woman was doing drugs after they got her to the hospital and made sure that both was doing ok then I would be upset about the drugs if she was tested and she had been using drugs then she should get in trouble. Yes they should test for drug and drunk when there is a wreck like that. I worry more about the kid and the woman and see if they was okay. That is all I wanted to get out there to find out if they where okay. Then worry about the drugs.
