If you have other options for employment i would take it before going to BWC ...they pay their employees low wages and work them like slaves, the manager over the shop and the owner are both pompous asses with attitudes.

Low wages maybe u should drive by and check out employees vehicles...check out the big rigs the low employee turnovers and the fact of how many drivers have came back there to work after leaving sayin it is the best place of employment....when u don't know what u r talking about it is best to keep ur mouth closed....for the previous negative post "lmao" u sound to b very uneducated and not capable of holding down a job....his wife and mother and the rest of us family members r very proud of what he has done for himself and Lawrence county maybe u should ask what u have accomplished...I am sure that could b answered in one word. NOTHING....for the guy really wanting to know about the place it employs about 65 people ask any of them!

I know exactly what im talking about and did i specifically say drivers? i know for a fact that the mechanics make about $9-10 hr and get worked like plow mules 6 days a week...as for my education level i am a college graduate that has a great career, far better than anything lawrence county has to offer thus the reason i dont have to work at a place like B.W.C, work 60 hrs a week just to make a living. but i do know 1st hand that B.W.C is not a great place to work because i have asked the employees there!!!

well apparently the comment was for me you remarked about the wages and mine was the only comment about low wages and i have talked to several people who work there and was told they make about $9 hr so i heard it from the horses mouth, and i have no clue where you get that i have been treated bad in life? just another one of your uneducated grease monkey assumptions as for making more than a college graduate, that is very very laughable...and just because you drive a new vehicle doesnt mean you have a pot to piss in just means you have debt...hey since you work there i wonder what the EPA would think about that company that washes the trucks letting all the soap, grease and all the other shit they haul getting washed into the stream on the back side of the shop? been thinking about putting in a call

Standing up for the employee, there is no sense arguing with an idiot, and big rig is just that! Hey moron they haul nothing hazardous in their trucks and it isnt like the guys washing the trucks get in and bathe their trailers but you are right about one thing call the epa cause there is lots of shit washed into the creek from the people who doesnt have septic tanks. Besides if you think a company that big hasn't been investigated by the epa before now you really are a total moron. what a shame when people arent shit how they love to put down the ones who have made a great life for theirselves and if so many employees are so dissatisfied as you say why are they still there, are they being held against their will if so maybe you should call more than the epa on them LOL Keep on crying because they will just keep getting the last laugh, see who will be standing last. You poor poor person. As for BWC keep on truckin, the community (the ones with any sense and no jealousy) truly appreciates the many families your company takes care of I am proud to be considered a friend

One more thing just so everyone knows he not only has many employees of his own he works a whole convoy of contractor trucks so many more families that he keeps working For the driver wanting to know the truth about this company you would not go wrong if you could get on with them and for every unhappy employee big rig says he has they have many applications of people who would just love the chance to replace them. How sad it is these days when you have a company doing good and growing all the time that there will always be those that can not see through their own jealousy. so mr college degree or big rig or big rig truck driver with a college degree LOL or whatever you wish that you had accomplished in life not everyone is negative i bet not one sole is jealous of you Have a goodnight i no longer have a desire to argue with stupidity

Yawn!!! trust me i have no Jelousy for that place or anyone who works there, just stating the facts...as for what they wash into the stream...your not aloud to put so much as a cigarette butt in the water let alone soap, grease, coal dust, lime and all the other crap they haul, trust me i have worked with the EPA numerous times and know what is and isn't allowed...as for my accomplishments they far exceed being a trucker for BWC lol. For the people who would love a job making $9 hr its just a shame that people wont educate themselves, move away from that area and have a good living. Keep on truckin grease monkeys!!!

I could not ask for a better place to work and as for the owner he has a big heart and cares about his imployees and there families. When you are a employee, your are part of his family. And as far as the staff, you could not ask for better people.A company does not have to give back to there community but BWC has proven time and time again that the have.God bless the people at BWC.

I hardly think they are backing the trucks up to that stream and washing them. Anything that is going in that stream from the trucking company is no worse than what is in the trash that people throw in it! Why can't people just be glad that this company provides jobs? I know several guys that work there and none of them only make $9 an hour, but if they did, it's none of our business. I've only heard one person bad mouth them and he was a disgruntled employee that was terminated for unsafe driving practices! I think they are as respectable as any other company out there.

I know the owner and his family personally...first of all....he owns a business....the business that keeps food on his family's table and many other families.....several emplyees have worked there for long periods of time.....the trucks are nicer than many companies a driver cld work for. He takes cares of his employees very well....but it IS a business and randy's job is to run his business, be the boss...NOT to make friends.....thus....while you waste you time complaining on topix he continues to run his successful business....he is a hard working self made man who has instilled the same type of work ethic in his children and has unconditional support from them and his wife....his emplyess have a steady income...something some would love to have.
