All I can say is the Slumlord Award goes to Randy Meeks! He has houses that should be condemed. Not fit for a dog and will not fix nothing. But sure likes chargeing high rent. BEWARE!!!!!

Maybe if the renters actually paid their rent, and took care of the place like it was theirs, then the landlords could make their payments to the bank on time and be able to keep a decent property. Every renter I ever had left the place in a mess so that no one else would want to move in there. These renters are professional skip artists. They just keep moving from one rental to another and enjoy tearing them up.

I get the strong impression that you are the exact kind of person that "Sick of deatbeat renters" is talking about! I'm sure you go and actually look at the place before you rent it, if it is not up to your standards at that time, then you should not agree to rent it!!

sheeeuuuttt, you couldn't be more wrong, I just like to get in on ignorant forums like this. Besides that I am one of 18 in a rental unit, we all have chores to do like we did in Mexico. Our only complaint is the high cost of our monthly water bill. we think landlord needs to include that in the rent as well.

Owner His Mom is 86yrs has Alzheimer. Jay Bird Junk Yard Ficazzola has been running apts for yrs. 54-56-60 Spring St East Greenwich RI into the ground. No heat/hot water 85 times 3 yrs. Gas leaks 23 . Furnace died he and his bro tried to repair set boiler, basement of fire ! Propositions tenants, sexual jokes,shit on one's chair ! Tenants do lawn or 3' tall. Utils mixed elect & heat. Nephew wm ficazzola upstairs 30yrs free rent life estate acts like he owns the place harasses every tenant.Jay tells u rent one price jacks it up $250 after moving in telling u he mixed up apartments.He kept over $50k in mom's rent checks in his bureau draw they were yrs old majority expired . Then he repeatedly opened 5 illegal junkyards on another property of mom's and shot at 2 guys he called cops they arrested him.

Mike McDaniels rents houses with black mold and tagged carbon monoxide conditions and tells the renters it's there fault. It's their fault if the wind blows the siding off the whole side of his house and when they ask him to fix it its their problem. It does not want to put any money into his properties at all. He falsely accuses all renters of everything under the moon when they move out so he returns zero amount of all deposits. SLUMLORD KING MIKe is a midget in heigth but his bank account has got to be gigantic. It's just too bad all that money isn't never gonna buy you a woman or happiness.
