Softball game killer not to face additional charges

A judge dismissed new charges today against Sean Sanders -- the Irondequoit man convicted of punching a man in the head during a softball game and killing him. Full Story

He probably shouldnt assume he will catch another break, if he and his temper screw up yet again. I think the next time will be a VERY long sentence, as prosecutors will be better prepped.

2-4 years for murder?...unbelievable. We will be hearing about this scumbag again. How bad does this guy have to be before the system locks him up for good? Unfortunately, he gets another chance to show us. Hopefully, his violent behavior will continue in prison where they have a way of taking care their own. Maybe he can hook up with the football player that attacked the referee; same mentality.
