Stadium will have a luxury suite for Cuomo’s administration.
The 12-seat luxury box was negotiated by the state as part of a deal to keep the Bills in Buffalo. It is described in state documents as an “I ♥ NY Hospitality Center” where public officials can promote New York State.
The box is part of the Cuomo administration’s $130 million deal to renovate the Stadium, in an agreement to keep the team in Orchard Park.

Richard Brodsky, a former state assemblyman and watchdog of state agencies, criticized the arrangement.
“No government agency needs a luxury suite to market upstate New York,” he said.“Buy tickets on an as-needed basis. The cost of the luxury suite is being paid by the taxpayer, remember that.”
Brodsky was similarly critical of the Bloomberg administration to secure luxury suites at the new Yankee Stadium -- and Citi Field, where the Mets play.

It will be used exclusively by WNY politicians to wine and dine big contributors, not to promote western NY. The pathetic part is that it likely will never be used to bring in any business.
They should publish who used it, who they entertained - and what business was transacted (aside from strong arming potential donors).
