Obama is hosting more than 50 leaders from across Africa's civil society, private sector and various faith-based communities in Washington this week - to offer financial aid for the next generation.

Sounds like he finally gave up on U.S. African-Americans. Decided to spend the money elsewhere. Wonder who he is borrowing it from? This will be money well spent.

Why not give a few billion to Israel and a billion or two to Hamas, so they can escalate tensions. CNN needs a new story. And Israel has to be running low on laser guided weapons to bomb more schools and hospitals.
