There was no 19 year old prostitute. The police have failed to produce him because he never existed. Unfortunately, Dr. P. was treating a psychopath who threatened to get him. That psychopath is behind all of this.

I hope your seeing another doctor for the problems in your head.
lol
I'm sure the police got all the information from both computers to show that the doctor was trying to BUY sex on the internet.
His cache will tell a big story on what type of perverted criminal he really is.

I was victimized by this man when I was a child, and no one believed me; I'd like to know if there are others in our community who were abused.

Maybe we should all attend his hearing ...

Yes--so glad to hear someone else with a complaint. There is something distracted and strange about this guy for all his polish and articulateness. Also marries rich women..........and didn't pay taxes on 750K income. Curiouser and curiouser.

When is the hearing?--several entries say March 31 but one has been changed to say next month. People are so snowed by him that I am afraid he will get a pass (and not the kind of pass he seems to like).........

It happened years ago when I was younger. My parents said I was a liar. I never talked about it after that, but now I'm curious to know if there are others out there; if there is, I hope they come forward.

Unfortunately, my complaints and those of others I know are not sexual in nature--more related to careless and irresponsible behavior--in one case known to me papers which were promised by him to be sent to an employer were never sent and that cost this person a job.

There are many people who don't know this forum exists. The best thing to do would be to find out when the hearing is and go early and work the crowd to see if there are others there who read about this in the newspaper and show up to see if the Doc gets what's coming to him.

Again, his educational level and status as well as his charm and the number of people he has fooled make it unlikely that he will be punished. Legally, I am not sure that the tax evasion can be used in this case to show poor character, although I would assume the fact that he lost his license at that time for a year would, I think, be admitted.

At least we can content ourselves that the guy is having some sleepless nights. He is such a good weaver of words that he probably has created a believable scenario of lies to fool his new wife and his colleagues. It is very frustrating that we can't be protected from corrupt professionals.

First - he did not lose his license over the tax evasion - read those papers more carefully. Second, no computers were taken - you can decide what that means. And third - if you are a victim then you should do something about it - meaning, don't mill about at a hearing that is going to take less than 10 minutes - talk to the authorities.

I'll see you soon, Mr. Jones.

You won't see me soon, you nut case.
He will lose his license for this case tho.
You can NOT be a doctor and offer your patients money for sex.

Patient X - Pisetzner's license WAS suspended in 1999; however, that suspension was 'stayed' by the medical board and he was subjected to 4 years probation. You can read the entire document here:
http://w3.health.state.ny.us/opmc/factions.ns... $FILE/lc114914.pdf.

I have also heard, through other medical professionals, that there has been 'talk' about this guy for years. It could be very interesting to see who comes forward with additional allegations ...

Patient X must be the docs gay lover.

Pisetzner likes 'masculine' men not girly boys, Patient X; he didn't molest you because you're probably a fat Queen.

I was a masculine, muscled teenager when Pisetzner had inappropriate sexual encounters with me.

Pisetzner is also well known for over prescribing pain-killers and psychiatric medications.

I am not his gay lover, and I've never been fat. As for as I know, he only goes for girls. When they say the suspension was "stayed," it means he didn't stop practicing at all - no disruption. He never molested you Damian - he does not work with children or adolescents. And sorry to tell you, Mr. "Jones," but he won't lose his license because he did not solicit a former patient for sex. There is no 19 year old - the Irondeqoit PD cannot present an accuser - ask them yourself. This was a very elaborate hoax, and the authorities know who was behind it - as do the people reading this.

P.S.- Not willing to talk to the Police, Damain? Guess that means you're joking with us about the molestation - not a funny joke, though. Jones - you seem to have very strong feelings regarding a person you say you don't know. Too strong. You know Dr. P. as well as I do. And you told him you'd get him back. Good try.

Police do stings like this all the time, this doctor offered "a cop" money for sex, and that's why he was arrested, and that is why he will be found guilty, and that is why he will lose his license.

A hoax??? LMFAO How can it possible be a hoax??? Are the police just behind a bad April Fool's joke???? lol

Patient X, I never said I would NOT talk to the police, so don't put your words into my mouth; in fact, I do expect to speak with Irondequoit police before this is all concluded.

Apparently you don't know Pisetzner as well as yoiu think, he has always specialized in troubled teens; that is how a 19 year old managed to be a 'former' patient, and I'll bet he molested a few.

Patient X, if not paying his income tax got him a suspension (stayed) and 4 years probation, THIS will get his license revoked.

Since you're such a big gay fan of Pisetzner, I'm really very curious to know the basis for your over-reaction and what it is that you're hiding ...

Patient X seems to be a family member of the doctor or the doctor himself.

I really don't care who he is, I just like to remind him that this doctor, regardless if he is white, a doctor, and from the burbs, HE IS A CRIMINAL.

In this country we have a little thing called due process. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty - except here, apparently. The case will be in the works for at least 6 months to 1 one, perhaps longer, before any verdict is announced. Until that time, the charges against Dr. Pisetzner are "alleged," that's all. I guess that all interested parties will simply have to deal with due process and wait this one out. Before that time, we will, I'm sure have to endure lunatics aplenty, like Mr. Jones and our friend, the Son of Satan, Damien. Also - Victim Woman - get over it. Psychiatrists are notorious for not completing paperwork. If it still makes you this angry, I suggest treatment. Ciao.

I don't see you or anyone else calling out "due process" on any of the stories that involve black city residents, so you can stick your due process up your butt where the doctor likes it.
The cops go him on the computer offering money for sex, there will be solid evidence to this.
You can stick a fork in him as he is DONE.
