This is great news for the safety of MCC students and staff. From day one MCC security MUST make it clear to the trash that comes with the Sibley building location that they will NOT be welcome on the MCC Kodak campus.

"The vote passed 19 to 9 in the Republican-majority legislature. All the legislators voted along party lines."

With all of the well documented security, safety and crime issues at and around the Sibley building MCC campus.

I guess this vote proves Democrats Do Not care one bit about the safety & security of Mcc students & staff.

go figure

Why is Winn and Mayor Richards trying to bully MCC into staying at a place that they deem not fit for their students. Why is Mayor Richards complaining about MCC wasting taxpayer money when he refused to lower his salary to help the City of Rochester's debt? Why did he encourage the city of Rochester to buy Midtown? Winn needs to accept that MCC does not want to stay and look for tenants that can help revitalize the center of downtown.

Back room deals maybe? Just follow the money trail and sooner or later the truth will be known.
