Sheriff’s Deputies tell News10NBC they stopped a vehicle in the Town of Avon late Sunday night for an equipment violation. During an investigation, deputies say they found and seized 90 backs of crack cocaine and marijuana.
20-year-old Tremaris Seymour of Rochester was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. Seymour was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of bail.
