Benjamin Authur Tribunella , 18, of Spencerport Road, Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under age 21 and promoting prison contraband 1st.

The story is he made a mistake, so what everyone messes up. Hes a great kid and one hell of a best friend but he has his faults like anyone else. Did he do anything to anyone else? No he didn't so why the fuck do you care so much that you have to post on it? I bet it's because you are on welfare sitting home all day with no job. And he wasn't searched before he went into the jail, so the contraband charge is really the cops fault. You got anything else bad to say about ben? And contraband is bringing substances into jail. He didn't mean to bring them with him. He is a good kid so he was nervous and forgot there were a couple in his pocket. He might have posessed them but the contraband is bullshit.

once you walk into the jail visitation center with it, you are within the jail and thus it's jail contraband. So how is it the police fault that your friend forgot he had these items in his possession when he entered. Still don't see it.
