Perez gets bonus after bonus. The employees that continued to work hard and exceeded their goals got nothing. The problem at the top is lack of leadership, greed, and a focus of energies on how to bilk the company and the agreement of the courts to continue to get paid for driving the company into the ground. Just imagine if Perez had used that energy to reinvent Eastman Kodak for the 21st Century. What he has done is criminal - a story for American Greed.
