A Rochester man is facing several charges in Steuben County after police say he ran from them during a traffic stop.
Bath Village Police say Reggie Turner, 26, jumped out of a vehicle he was riding in. Police chased Turner on foot before arresting him at the Tops store in Bath. An officer involved in the chase suffered a minor injury.
Police say Turner had a large amount of cocaine on him. He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and assault.
Turner is being held in the Steuben County Jail on $40,000 cash bail.
Two other Rochester men also face drug charges from the stop
