Tony Prez announced that he is going to leave Kodak a year after it emerges from bankruptcy. He has accomplished his appointed task: dismanteling a once great company and ensuring its failure in the future. His last great act was off loading the remaining film business (3 thousand employees) onto KRIP; the Kodak Retirees Investment Program to ensure that current retirees will lose their pensions in the future.

To bad this guy did not leave 10 years ago. How many good local jobs were lost under his watch.

Kodak's fate was sealed long ago when they dropped the ball on the digital aspect of photography. Kodak's ego was its downfall.

The good news is that Antonio will have a great pension and no worries.

It's four years too late for Kodak. The must be seriously running out of cash for him to quit. Guess the looting has ended, and State Street will be repurposed as a low income condo shortly.
