As leaves have started to come falling down again this year, many residents find themselves with rake in hand performing an annual rite of homeownership: hauling the leaves to the curb.

Go online and look up directions on building your own compost bin. Will cost you approximately $25 dollars to do it yourself. If everyone did this in Penfield it would save 200k a year. WOW!!!!!!!! If you can't afford a bin. Find an old metal garbage can and burn em!!!!!! Screw the ordinances.

Just put them directly into the trash can without using trash bags. All problems and expense gone.
