Bausch and Lomb will be gone in 3 years from Rochester. They have no plans to keep anything here. I have it from a good source.

A battle to save hundreds of jobs in Rochester is brewing. Lawmakers say they're fighting for dozens of local Bausch and Lomb workers. On Wednesday, they sent a strong message to the future owners, urging them to rethink their plans of massive layoffs...

Its not about people its about money. The Rochester Lawmakers just do not get it. Each employee is just a dot on a spreadsheet that can be deleted at any time to make a buck for a CEO. Do you really think Antonio Perez cared about his workers that he screwed. Same thing with Mayor Richard selling RG&E to make a quick buck for himself.

When do they start developing the Kodak Office Building for low rent condos? I would be interested in that. I'm really sick of my 4500 sq ft home in the burbs, and would like to downsize.

Heard they are using Perez's office for the penthouse, if they can get the stink out.
plz spay or neuter them

Kahr Arms is also leaving NY. More good paying jobs leaving than being created. I heard that there are now more people on Government assistance than not. At some point, it simply cannot continue, the money will run out.

Good news. We are getting a new train station. That will create a few jobs. Louise Slaughter got the funds.

A few employees from Bausch and Lomb can work at Dunking Donuts. They are opening 8 more Donut Shops. A few management positions at $11.00 an hour will be available. The new train station. We are rolling now.

But we're losing 8 Frindly's (closing unproductive locations) because of the Kesler sale to corporate. Even fast food jobs are not increasing. I just finished an MS from DeVry in Fast Food Management with a minor in barista, and am having a tough time. All the Olive Gardens and Longhorns have managers. Maybe Starbucks.

Maybe I can go back to school for a Masters or PHD in Refuse Removal and get a job at Waste Management picking up garbage, maybe working 2 or 3 part time jobs we can afford to eat a few times a week and pay the healthcare fine/tax.
