I was talking to a friend about this case, I feel parents should be held accountable for the kids action. Arrest them for child endangerment they have a duty to watch and monitor their youths. Why sue, I have saved many parents kids.

This happened in 1996. Which means the boy isn't even 13 anymore. So sorry for the families that have to deal with this.

<quoted text>Go troll somewhere else CC.(Sorry to hear about your name change.) You should know about the court system and how it works. The only reason he wasn't found guilty was because of a witness flipped flopped on the stand and lied. Also where did I say he was guilty, which he was? I said that he should of known better Zippy.
First things first, this isn't CC....Asshat!

Second, provide the link where it states that witnesses changed their stories.
Or are you just making it up as you go along as usuall.

I known Preston personally. And the person I knew was funny and was nice. Sad that his life was taken.
