Mandatory Evacuations Along Lake Ontario Affect Thousands
#1 Oct 31, 2012
In the early 1980s my wife Jean and I came from UK to Brockport for one of the happiest years of our life. I taught English at SUNY College.
Maybe nobody will remember us and our two children, Toby & Ceri - now grown up amd away.
This is just to say you are all in our thouyghts with this terrible storm - so I had to find out what was happening here.
In a real community like Brockport I know folk will help each other. We wish you all well from Loughborough in the UK.
If anyone wants to laugh, I am Chairman of Leicetershire County - and there ate pictures on a Blog I have - much older and fatter than the 1980s.
God bless you all
