Diffference Between Asteroid and Meteors

Yes, asteroids don't enter the atmosphere of any planet, while meteors do i.e. shooting star burning up space rock &/or ice, & meteorites are meteors that strike the surface of a planet like the one did early Friday morning in Russia! So Meteors are more like Democrats. Causing damage and destruction where ever they go and with what ever they come in contact with.

Who wouldn't have seen the scenario?
