Sheriff's Office said Zagari had been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon in a June 2012 shooting in Wheatland that injured Angel Figueroa. Zagari is on probation for that crime.

Zagari has been stealing cars, shoplifting, using drugs, has a hand gun, robbing houses, carjacking and where the hell has the propitiation officer been all this time? He shot someone and he is wandering the street with a gun 1.5 years later and was going to shoot a police officer Why was he not put in jail? The criminal justice is fucked up. Fire the probation officer.

Completely wrong.

The probation officer is just doing his job after the case was handed to him. Whatever D.A that agreed to probation and the Judge that agreed to it and gave the sentence should both be fired and then some.
Not the probation officer just doing a thankless job.
Liberal courts are ruining this country.

When all the details come out I hope this is questioned to death. He should not have been walking free.
Rochester has very few investigative reporters and Lonsberrys only concerned with going after Lovely so lets not get our hopes up.

Parole officer and judges at fault. This man should have done time in 2012 for leaving a man for dead on the road. Parole officer was clueless what was going on with Zagari or what crimes he was commiting. He could have killed someone. They said they think he was involved in many other crimes as well. Not to mention he stole a car and pulled a gun on a police officer.

I can't believe he was only given probation after he left that other guy to die. Now his family is putting out lame statements saying the punishment didn't fit the crime. He pulled a gun on an officer! He's lucky she didn't empty her entire clip into him! Screw that! Who was the original judge? Does anyone know ?
