Rochester looks to toughen smoking ban
"There's some data from other cities that have done something similar that show the effect of people who smoke, the litter and effects on the environment from cigarettes butts is another thing we're trying to minimize and just to protect our kids mostly," City Department of Recreation, Assistant Director Jim Farr said.

I like to smoke cigars ... the taxes on cigars is ridiculous!
Nanny rules turns a $5.00 into a $15.00 cigar.

I don't smoke but I don't need another reason to avoid Rochester either.
Why are so many moving away? Out of Monroe County?

If Rochester wants to get rid of 99.9999% of it's problems. They should ban a certain demographic and leave everything else alone.
