Rochester looks to toughen smoking ban

More stupidity from the Nanny state.

I like to smoke cigars ... the taxes on cigars is ridiculous!

I don't smoke but I don't need another reason to avoid Rochester either.
Why are so many moving away? Out of Monroe County?

If Rochester wants to get rid of 99.9999% of it's problems. They should ban a certain demographic and leave everything else alone.
