Whats here for the kids?

I believe that we should have more stuff for the kids in our area. All there is around here are a couple of parks for them and people wonder why our kids get into trouble. I believe that if we have more things for the kids in this town that there would be less trouble for them. I meen if we had a arcade or a nice place for teens to hangout there wouldn't be as many teens/or kids getting into trouble. And thats why i wrote this is to get the voices of Iron River to speak of there opinion. I meen it should be up to the people and not the county. If were spending all our tax money on road work or a new store then why set a little bit asaide to do this not only for the kids but for the future of our town.

Unless something huge happens in Iron River, consider this place a ghost town. I moved out of Iron River and I don't miss it one iota. It's a jobless hole run by old people.

i agree with both of the posts, i would really love to get the heck out of here, i am 23 with a 4 yr old, and here it is so hard to make a living in this dump, and when something like a wal mart or fleet farm or a tractor supply trys to come it, the old residents vote it out, this town is run by the angelis and attanasoffs. and what about the gas BS??? now that citgo has a monopoly in iron river, how is it holidays fault that we have the highest gas prices?? one of these days we will smarten up and get the f- outta here
