she is a sociopath. we know her and she has a long deep troubled background. she has been hospitalized with severe depression. it has been years since we have seen her, but her family knows very well what a sick nutcase she is. If the police interview her sister, they will gain a lot of insight.
Im not surprised either

I know the family as well....and They are good hearted people. however, the woman above me is right......kimberly is a phsycotic, capable of just about anything. I met her a few times on occasion. Her life thrives on drama, she HAS to be the center of attention, and is an instigator. I know her sister and mother well, and they are wonerful people. HOWEVER, i am appauled this woman is on Bail. She most difinaltly should NOT be. Her mother WILL bail her out. Police need to get her file from the case where she turned her nephew in for homicide by child abuse. He is still sitting in prison becasue of her phsyco babble. Others may object of course. But i know the truth.

I've known Kim since Irmo Middle School and Irmo High School. She was always quiet and kept to herself. If she is struggling with depression issues or bi-polar disorder then maybe now she can get the help she needs. It's a shame for what has happened. However, she is has not been proven guilty people! People can be cruel and accuse the wrong person. It happens all the time. Kim has 2 children that need her and a husband that loves her. Those of us that know her are praying for her. To the people that have posted negative comments especially the one before my comment, how about get a dictionary or use spell check because you are showing your ignorance! You should be praying for her and her family instead of trashing her. I bet you call yourself a Christian too?

I just read the above comments and I can't believe how insensitive and ignorant some people can be. Calling Kimberly a nutcase or psychotic (which was misspelled above) is childish and cruel.
I am a neighbor of the Wooten's and was shocked by the news of Kimberly's arrest. But I know that anyone who would do what she is accused of doing, is suffering from a major mental illness.
I hope everyone will join in prayer for this family- this is only the beginning of something that will take years to get behind them. I hope that Kimberly will be able to get the psychological help that she will need to overcome or control the undesireable condition that she has. Regardless, if found guilty or not of the fires, Kimberly will need our love, compassion and prayers to help her through this ordeal.

I went to Irmo Middle and High School, also. I know her husbands family, but do not remember her maiden name. This is clearly a tragedy for all concerned, including the people who lost their homes.
I pray for her, but especially her children.

I have known this family for a while. I talk to one of the family member's at least 2 to 3 times a day....everyday. They are good hearted, loving, fun loving, honest...etc. I could take all night describing them with kind words. I think the world of this family and love them dearly. The past few years this family has hit some obstacles that they have overcome. They will overcome this one. This entire family is hurt and confused over Kim's actions. We all know Kim needs help. No one in their right mind would do something like this. I am praying that the state will help her get the help she needs, so she can get back home to her husband and 2 sons.

I know alot of you are angry because of what Kim has done. You have every right to be, I would be if it were my home that was lost from someone else's hand. You have to know that this could not be the work of a sane woman. All I ask is please just think for a moment, "what if this was a member of your family?" "Wouldn't you want him or her to get help?"
Kim's family is feeling terrible for the victim's of these fires. I know saying that will not bring back your valuables or sentiments or your home.
I am praying for Kim, Todd, Taylor and Jordan, and the rest of Kim's family.

Rhonda sums it up well.
I have known this family for over forty years. They have persevered through more than anyone I know. Their faith has sustained them through these tragedies. I know they would want you to pray for them.
Pray for the victims, that they find the strength to forgive. Pray for Todd and the boys. Pray that their wife and mother will be healed from this illness that has tormented her for so long. Pray for Kimís sister and brothers. Pray for her parents. Pray that they have the strength to get through yet another tragedy. Pray for Kim. Those of you that know her know that she has a heart of gold. Remember the Kim you knew before this disease took hold of her. Remember that God is good and he will use this for His glory.

First of all, this is simply my OPINION, to which i am intitled correct?(dont BLAST me if i spell somthings wrong, im sort of in a hurry) I think it is wonderful Kim has so many peoples' blessings. However what is "ARROGANT" as you might say....is thinking that This "WOMAN WHO NEEDS HELP" Could have burned down those "6 houses" with INNOCENT CHILDREN IN THEM...." WHY DONT YOU CHEW ON THAT BONE FOR A WHILE" (by the way....i was just reading this....checking up on it....im taking a journalism class, and we had to find a certain article in the newespaper, and write a 700 word essay on it....well im going to have to say..you people have SUCKED ME IN). KYGATORGURL, have you looked at this situation as if it was your own home and your own family??? The things that take a LIFETIME to build, gone in an INSTANT..simply becasue a woman with mental disorders?? Think about THAT ONE FORE A MINUTE!!!! I also...can only imagine what it is like for Taylor and Jordan, BOTH OF YOU HAVE MY PRAYER AND BLESSING. God has you in his hands boys, i promise.
NEVERTHELESS, you may say...im too young to have my opinion...however, MY HEART goes out to those families are trying to rekindle their lives as we sit here....BICKERING.

If this is true about this woman makeing a difference in the case of her newphew getting locked up for homicide by child abuse, Then why not set him free?
Think about that one!!!! As far as Kim herself, she will and does deal with her actions everyday in her mind, but if someone don't get her help, she probably will committ suicide before her trial comes up!!!!
Then she will be let to go free again with her vishous actions
ummmmmm
does it make you think? It sure makes me think
May God Bless all those innocent family's whom have been burned out by her, And God bless her family and help them get through these bad times, I believe in God and i Know there will be Justice , one way or another......

Yes somonesincereandclose, This is true. Kim did have her nephew falsly put in jail for homicide by child abuse, I have been thinking about this alot. AND DONT YOU PEOPLE EVEN DARE, try to call me incincere and rude. Im just thinking about her INNOCENT NEPHEW, sitting in jail for no reason, not only does he have to deal with being in prison, but he has to deal with the fact that his precious baby boy will no longer be with him. HER nephew DID NOT KILL HIS SON, AND SHE DARN WELL KNOWS IT!!!!!!!!!! I also will be praying for her sons, and her husband. Everything will come out in the wash, as my late grandmother used to say.(meaning everything will turn out in the end. But i just wanted to let you know a little bit of the situation somone sincereandclose.
