5 nights ago, my husband noticed a flashlight's beam in an adjacent vacant lot. He went outdoors and told 2 teenage boys to "move along" and then noticed a dark blue, smallish suv drive to pick up the teens. Another neighbor noticed the same dark blue, smallish suv with an adult in it in the middle of a road on Great Neck moments before, because it was stopped in the middle of the road and then backed up to stop by the same adjacent lot,...We all hope that the Ipswich police actively use residents' input, It would be a first for this town.
