Looking at the list of towns that passed the overrides most are rich yuppie/moonbat towns, while most of the towns that rejected the overrides are working class towns. Tewksbury has a bit of both so we'll have to see tomorrow.
Maybe some people, with money burning a hole in their pockets, like handing their town a blank check, but most working people can't afford it especially with oil setting records almost daily. What are people going to do this winter?, especially the elderly.
It's not just that though. Aministrators in this town have shown us time and time again , that they cannot spend within the means of the town, so we should force them to by voting No to the Override.
