I am relocating from Vermont to be with my aging father who, despite the fact is in complete control of all his facilities, I would like to be closer to geographically in the event he should need someone. He's been living alone for many years, and though he really likes it, is open to the idea of me being nearby. The ultimate scenario would be to find him a private (quiet and low traffic) apartment anywhere within a 10 miles radius of Ipswich, that also had land space to set up my 20' yurt. I have been living in my yurt for a while now and I really love it. I'd share kitchen and bathroom space with my dad in his apartment. The yurt has a very low-impact footprint and blends with a natural scenery setting. Google search White Mountain Yurts for more 411. That's where I got mine. The zoning is no different than if you were setting up a screen house and I do have my own insurance on it. This would be for a long term lease or agreement - we are very flexible. The apartment would have to come with some utilities, like heat and electricity included for the price we offer.

IF you'd like to speak more or get more info, respond to this ad and I will get you my phone number.
