Proposed West Branch Recording Rule Could Violate State Law
West Branch's city administrator said Monday the City Council may need to clarify a proposal it is scheduled to vote on Tuesday that could limit the recording of council meetings - a rule that may violate state law.

We have every right to record public meetings, or anything in public for that matter. This is an example of why to vote for Ron Paul 2012! He believes govt (at any level) shouldnt keep secrets, and it is our unalienable right to record and redress grievances against our govt.
