People do just die--of natural causes, even in a Walmart parking lot. My husband died loading his car to leave our cottage a few years ago--felt fine, was about 1/2 done, and suddenly--gone. However it happened, it's very sad for her family/friends. Until it happens to you, you don't realize how your entire life/expectations of the future, etc. are suddenly and drastically changed forever. If she was lucky, she went fast like my husband--pretty much an instant thing. If it can be 'good' thats a pretty good way to go.

What happens in a person's life that they somehow feel better about themselves by posting things like this? A sad waste of a life.

Who are you? What a jerk. She wasn't on welfare and where do you get your info? What a low life human you are.

The woman found just happens to be in my immediate family. To be honest, im incredibly upset by whoever "they" is. Dont you think you should get the facts before you start throwing out the notion of suicide? Its a disgusting accusation. No one knows. It could have been an accident. It could have been a staged murder. You dont know. And neither do i. Dont say suicide because its disrespectful and its not a pretty word. Find the facts first please.

I know this person. This is very sad and i really dont think it is suicide because this person would never do such a thing.

This person found in the Wal-Mart parking lot was a good friend of mine! I do NOT believe for one minute that she committed suicide or overdosed. At this moment, it is unknown how she passed away. I cannot believe how insensive some people are being. She was a wonderful person with a great personality and a very nice family, who by the way, are completely devastated at her passing. I am so saddened by her death. I lost a really good friend. I am also deeply offended that WOOD TV 8 would say that it was a suicide due to overdose when the cause of death has not yet been determined.

I am so sad for my friend and her family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Those who understand thank you for your thoughts and those who do not please keep your comments to yourself as your words can cut loved ones deep in their time of need. Treat her family as you would like yours treated.

Wow. You are pathetic. Do you not have any mercy? There is someones mother dead. Someones aunt, MINE. Dead. No longer living and all you can do is crack a bastard of a joke? Didnt you learn anything from your mother? If you dont have anything nice to say, for the sake of others, dont say anything of all.

I can hardly believe you people share the same air I do. How heartless can you be. I have no idea who this was but I have a heart and find it hard to believe you people are posting such inappropriate comments.

The best thing to do is not even respond to the rude comments. If you do, they love that they've been able to get under your skin. Unfortunately the trolls thrive on threads like this, and they are not even worth anyones effort with a reply.

Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Why is it that Ionia is getting such a bad rap here. There are good people that live and work in this town. Not all of them are drug addicted welfare recipients. And so what if Ionia was the arm pit of Michigan (we must of forgotten about Grand Rapids and Detroit.) it doesn't make this death any less tragic. From what I've heard she had children, think of them.

I do feel sorry for the family of the woman who was found dead. That has to be hard to deal with. I do not agree with Jeremy though. They never said where she worked. I worked for Wal-Mart for 5 years, quitting only to finish my last semester of college and I have absolutely no problem with my self-esteem. Just because you work for Wal-Mart doesn't make you a self-loathing person.

I agree I worked for walmart for almost three years and it was the best job ever. when I said I needed time off I received it with no problem and thinking of you cards from all the people there. I would work for this company again. How many of your former jobs would you proudly go work for again?

My deepest sympathies to the family.
