My family has dealt with farm depot for help with the tractors. Basically they do a great job at fixing any problems we have with break downs. BUT their manager or whatever his title is , well he is another story. Apparently Brian Broyles is an owners son-in-law which explains why he is there. The problem however is that he is misinformed, not knowledgeable , rude, and arrogant. I understand the new shop in Ionia is open and all I can say is if it continues to be run by this young man, their reputation and clientele will diminish greatly. This boy knows nothing of customer appreciation or the farming industry. Which in my opinion are 2 very important things to know if your main money maker is the farmers.
