Suspect in Saranac man's 2007 disappearance to remain free on bond, judge rules
A federal judge said Raogo Ouedraogo can remain free on bond after a federal appeals court re-instated his convictions in the disappearance of Saranac resident Donald Dietz.

If his convictions were reinstated than why7 is this sub human feral animal allowed to walk free?? Execute him. At the very least deport him after his sentence is finished. What was he doing here in the first place?
