Ridgecrest Nightlife

My friends and i are visiting your fine city in july could anybody give us some advice on the better eateries and bars that your residence has to offer. We would greatly appreciate any advice

There is no night life here at all. This is a rather boring town plus it is very HOT why would you want to visit?

you guys have no reason to complain. I love ridgecrest. I go there to have at least a choice of things to do or eat. Let me explain I live in a place called CALIFORNIA CITY, its out in the desert a little closer to la county . This town has ABSOLUTELY nothing to offer . We have an outdated bad government that screws up the slightest chance of this place getting anywhere. I am always embarrassed to have people i know come here. Thats why a lot of us come out to ridgecrest to take a breath of fresh air,and spend some money .

Hey i wouldn't mind if your ridgecrest government and council would come out to California city on a field trip , to please help or give classes on city management to this town . I'm serious ,how can we get some people who know how to do this. How much would it cost to get them here.

As far as night life goes, Ridgecrest is still trying to hold on to its small town feel. Not to many bars. Tommy T's is a s#!t#0le, but its the only place it town close to a night life. Good restarants tho, Grape Leaf, Nickeletti's, Casa Corona...
Unfortunately we have alot of trash people moving here because their welfare ran out in Bakersfeild, so we're going thru a bit of a bad time demographically. You make your fun here, motorcycles, skiing, water sports, surfing, backpacking, fishing.. all a couple of hours in any direction. Thats our strength.

Hey great comment. And why does it say i'm from LA,,,Anyway I love the small town feel but dont let the small town bumpkins ruin the cool stuff like cal city . Man a lot of of feel like were wasting our lives here in this dive. I'm serious about ridgecrest government giving a class to this backward city to get it out of this huge hole were in. I was just there yesterday going to the movies, home depot, restaurant, auto parts stores,thrift stores. all kinds of places and the people were ALL friendly and possitive . I love the competition and great attitude . Then i had to drive back here to this dump and its tired looking main street. Please send help
