The only fitting punishment for these two is to be locked in small cage for the rest of their lives.
If you have a little compassion for them. Then put the two of them into one cage forever.
Once enough worthless scum are locked away only then will crime rates drop. Until then this will never go away.
STOP feeling sorry for criminals.
It's not societies fault criminal Lovers or excuser's.

Of course their excuse is, "No man, check it out, check it out; we were just working out a swap." or " This dude says he's selling this stereo out of his car and we was just looking at it.". A bunch of scum, the both of them. Aged 43 with a bright future.

two more worthless pimples on the a$$ of society. So now we get to support them with 3 squares and a cot , TV and probably better than what they get at home( if they had one!)

when they show pictures of men being hung in iraq/iran for committing the same crime (stealing) we call it barbaric, ironic isn't it....

Gene Gidron and David Tucker are't bad guys they just wanted to watch a few programs on BET tonight. You folks got to stop acting like these two good family men killed someone. They didn't even hurt anyone. I'll bet the so called victim gave them that entertainment center for drug money and then renagged. So, think about it Gene and Davids wives are probably waiting for them to come home for dinner.
