Just recently it was dubbed by U.S. authorities as the "Icebox of the Nation." On Monday International Falls., Minn., lived up to that name as the mercury dipped to a record low of minus 40 degrees. via MyTELUS

You know, it's interesting that this article is simply a fun, "look how cold it is here!" article. So, why not a spin on global warming? Funny, but there's no need for the political angle when it doesn't support the global warming backers. I guarantee we would be reading an extra paragraph on how global warming is of great concern if a record high was set somewhere...

Tell me something why is it International Falls in the media so much for being cold when it isn't the coldest place in Minnesota. Looking at the records for coldest place in Minnesota and it sure isn't International Falls.
