I wanted to put this on to say Thank You JOHN KIRK for working so hard for me. When I got hurt at work I never dreamed they would fight me so hard for what was rightfully mine but I learned you have to fight hard for what is right and I also learned what a fighter you are. I had always heard that if a working man needed a lawyer to fight for him to see John Kirk and I am glad I listened. I dont see how anyone could have done a better job. Thank You.

I would like to add that I heard what you did for Jason Proctor and Phillip Crum, but those are just some of the many people you have helped in Martin and Lawrence Counties and elsewhere.
Good Job John Kirk

I agree with Billy. When our son was killed by the truck on 460 we later went to John Kirk and he and his fimr did a great job for us. We would not think of going to another lawyer. Good Job John Kirk.

I wish I could say we had the same results with Mr. Kirk. I would not advise anyone to seek legal council from Mr. Kirk. My husband was passed off to Jeff Hinkle, who did nothing. He had 2 seperate hearings and each hearing an attorney appeared that we had never seen before and were bumbling idiots that knew NOTHING about us or our case. We thought we were hiring John Kirk and the only time we ever saw him was the initial visit!!

a good friend, butch williams who was the jail administrator, was sent to jail after pleading guilty. john harmon was also charged and was facing 5 years but he didnt plead guilty. he had a 2 day trial and him and his lawyer john kirk won the trial. i didnt see the trial but have talked to someone who did. they told me kirk was awesome and that they wished butch had got him. john represented me year before last against state farm and he made them pay and pay big. anybody know a better lawyer than john kirk?

The first part of this sounds like John Kirk put up a bunch of his secretaries to write about what a great lawyer he is. Free advertising. The next part sounds like fed-up clients who got a dose of reality. But he ain't the only one. You go to see Eric C. Conn to handle your SSI case and you see him once. The rest of it's all handled by his secretaries. The big secret is, you don't need NO DAMNED LAWYER to get your SSI. They take $6,000 of YOUR money for doing nothing you couldn't done yourself if you had just went to the SSI or Social Security office your own self and asked for help.

Yeah, but everybody in Martin County knows Harmon is a crook who stole money from the county and still got elected magistrate again. You ain't foolin anybody, John Harmon. You can sit up there like you're somebody, but we know better.
