Alcohol takes another life yet medical marijuana(which hasnt caused any) is still illegal? WHY? Alcohol kills people everyday yet millions of idiots still drink. you shouldnt drink period. If you drink and then get behind the wheel you know what the end result could be. Alcohol=death...Pot does not!

NORML why don't you go smoke your pot and leave the real world alone. We are better off without marijuana AND those who can't drink responsibly. THANK GOD she didn't kill an innocent person.

Yes she made a mistake WE ALL DO WE'RE ONLY HUMAN! Oh and what if that was your family member that made that bad choice to get behind the wheel after drinking and this happened and you read these comments of other people being so cruel? You need to stop and put yourself in the shoes of her family and friends and think about how mean and cruel you really are? Have you no shame?

She was probably out drinking with friends. Why did her friends allow her to drive if she was drunk. They can't be very good friends. And if you were there you should have stopped her. It is terrible she is gone but thank goodness she didn't kill some innocent people along the way. You young folks have to start being more responsible and STOP your drinking. Look what it gets.

I did not know this girl personally, but she was a friend of my nephews. My prayers are with her family and friends! What a terrible waste of a young beautiful life. All of you who are condeming her for her bad choice in drinking and driving should think about yourself at that age. What were you dong when you were out with friends? I agree one should not drink and drive, but we all make choices - good and bad - that affect our lives and others around us. Lets just give this family and their friends time to mourn and stop pointing fingers and saying what ifs!!!!!

It doesn't matter if she was intoxicated or not, her family and friends are still hurting over her passing. It was an accident and I hope others will learn from it and be more careful. Prayers to her family and rest in peace JP!!!!!!!!!

Come on people, have a heart, the family of this young lady are grieving and all you can do is come on here and be cruel? Really, you wouldn't want to come on here and see these kind of comments if one of your loved ones made a bad choice, so don't do it to this family! R.I.P JP, you will be missed but never forgotten! To JP's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time!

Okay, not saying I don't feel sorry for her friends and family..

But, she knownigly got behind the wheel and drove while she shouldnt have. She probably also knew that she was speeding and didnt care, or think anything bad would happen..She suffered the ultimate consequence and put her friends and family into a horrible situation..

so yes, I feel bad for her friends and family, but it was a really stupid thing that she chose to do.

As the relative of a person who died in a one vehicle accident where neither alcohol nor drugs was a factor, driving conditions were not a factor, the fact remains that this person was suddenly taken away from the people who loved her & anyone making comments should keep that in mind. She was somebody's daughter, sister, friend, etc. Take your fight for legalizing pot someplace else. I would bet if you checked traffic records, you would find that there HAVE been deaths where pot WAS involved.

My prayers go out to the family of this young lady.. regardless of how she left this world she's no longer here and that isn't easy on her friends and family.. I know I'm far from perfect and I won't be the 1st to throw a stone. I've made my mistakes and I've been nothing but lucky with my bad choices.

My prayers go out to her and her family. I think you people need to quit ragging on her and her horrible unfortunate accident. I'm thankful she didn't hurt an innocent bystander, but have a heart for the family. They know the choice she made and they are the ones that have to live with it.

RIP Jen... My prayers and condolences to her family.

She made a mistake, and for those of you who do not know the whole story, you need to stop with the judging.

It's just plain and simple, if you have nothing nice to say, and want to be judgmental, keep your comments to yourself, the family does not need to see these cruel comments and Kristi, how dare you say "we are better off without potheads and ppl who drive drunk" that is just like you saying that to her family that she is better off dead, I think you need to retract that statement or better yet, delete it!
Like Jess said, if you don't know the whole story, stop judging...unless all of you think you're invincible and are perfect and I highly doubt you are!

I personally did not know Jennifer. She was a friend of my brother-in-law. She made a mistake yes, but why make a big deal about it. Her family and friends have to deal with the loss of a great person. NOBODY is perfect. I am going to continue to pray for her family and friends, they are going through an enormous loss. RIP Jennifer, you will always be loved and never forgotten by your family and friends.

She made a mistake but y blame her for all this? She is gone the friends and family are trying to get through this. you people need to leave it alone and stop being so rude. i am pretty sure if she was in the wrong the person who put date rape drug in her should b in some trouble. that person killed a beautiful girl.
