Terry Branstad's Son, Eric, Killed Two People In 1991

As a younger voter, I was completely unaware of this. How do politicians manage to cover this stuff up? Terry branstad lost my vote today! Am I the only one who didn't know about this? I'm 25 years old and this happened in 1991.

Yes he killed 2 people in 1991 and basically got a slap on the hand! Terry Branstad really raised taxes and also raised his salary as well. I definitely will not be voting for him!!!

I'm sure his father was driving. We all know Eric had problems. I've never known Terry to have these problems, if he did he learned wisdom well later in life because he apparently tried like any father to give his children a good upbringing. It remains to be seen if a child will turn from his wicked ways of his youth when he is old and worship the living God, Jesus or continue in his youthful lusts when he gets older. Once a child reaches adult age it is up to him not his father what he does.

if his son got preferential treatment in charges, that would have reduced his own civil financial liability. Such charges (or lack of) absolutely affect civil financial liability

the reason this has to do with his father is because the punishment he recieved was so little and that had to do with having a dad in power they were more worried about eric than the elderly couple he killed the elderly couple didnt even get taken by aircare and they were DYING...eric did though..you cant tell me that Terry Branstad had nothing to do with his son getting out of trouble because that would be a lie.

I personally know that Terry brain-dead Branstad is a drunk and alcoholic. His kid was busted for DUI and marijuana possession. He murdered 2 people while committing a crime of DUI. His daddy and accomplices got him off. Just fact. He is corrupt and the idiots who voted for him should move so Iowa's average IQ rating can go up to the level of at least average. Anyone who would argue these facts is just a typical wingnut idiot protecting their stupidity and pride for voting for him.
