Rick Emmart:
"Christina Korbe stated they had been robbed a few times and were concerned. Any home with a drug operation can be robbed at any moment. Why? Cause you cant call the police about your stolen drugs. Therefore the FBI's case against her husband would actually help her."

Well, perhaps not--

"At trial, the United States will present evidence that this 'burglary' did not occur, that Christina Korbe was aware that no burglary had occurred, and that the purported August 2008 break-in at the Korbe residence actually was part of an insurance-fraud scheme committed by Robert and Christina Korbe," the court filings say.

Mrs. Korbe called 911 to report that she shot an intruder. This is the piece of evidence that will allow her to walk on reasonable doubt.

I was recently incarcerated with Christina Korbe in the Cambria County prison. This was my third time in jail with her. The way she portrays herself in the jail is completely opposite of the phone conversatioins I just heard. I was in shock when i heard those conversations because on the block she portrays herself as a "Christian woman" who use to yell at me for using profanity. After I just heard those phone calls I now know that she is not at all who she says she is. As far as her attorney going on the news saying she was "showing off" for the other inmates in jail. I can confirm that the Cambria County Jail is not at all intimidating. There really is no reason for her to try to "show off" because that is not a dangerous jail at all. There is only one block for females and there are only 60 girls at the most and half of them are housing for the INS. Most of the women are there for probation violations and petty theft. The county is very rural area. There is no reason for her to act like that. Christina hangs out in her cell 90% of the time anyway. I cannot explain the state of shock I was in when i heard the phone conversations from her and her husband. It is like she has two different personalities. She told us she didnt know what cocaine looked like and in her one phone conversation she said "I told them i had coke in my system". I can only imagine what she is really lying about. This is coming from someone who spent ALOT of time in jail with her. I was there when she first came in and i was in and out twice and just recently as well.

When those phone calls took place she was Not at Cambria County prison...she was at Allegheny...and those Biotches can be nasty. So I believe it when her attorneys say that Christina was "Showing Off"...Later she went to Cambria....So there is more to the story...there usually is though...aye!!

Why did they have to bust in the house killing 54 adults and 21 children??? Another example of Not excepting Responsibility for Actions...sorry that's just my opionion!!! Didn't handle that right either!!!
The ATF executed the original arrest warrant for David Koresh not the FBI.

Just another way that government is busting into and trying to take over peoples lives. I feel for the FBI members family, but this is a reality of the job but I can not justify anyone to include law inforcement busting down my doors. If it would have been a drug toting criminal and Christina was Joan Clever then she would certainly be praised.

Lately it does seem as if the government is the criminal, we as citizens are slowly but surely losing our rights, silently, we don't even notice it. As sad as this situation is, you have to tell the government they are wrong, they can't just bust down a citizens door and not expect consequences. Like I said, if it were big bad criminal vs. Joan, many opinions would be different. I respect others opinions, but I best not be on that jury or this lady walks.

I fought for these freedoms and many others are dying in uniform for them now, don't let them slowly fade away.

Everyones actions come with consequences some harsher than others. Who are any of you people to judge her. Were any of u sitting beside her in a jail cell... listening to her...NO!!! She proclaims to be innocent and in her heart she is.. she had a choice to make... she made one... who are we do decide what was right or wrong... that's GODS CHOICE!

Funny how "Pastor Korbe" suddenly gets religion once she has spent some time in jail.

---need to know these thing-----1.how much does it cost to incarcerate someone for a 240-month period?------2.how much asphalt could be bought with same amount of money and fix some of the pothole-infested roads with the same amount of money?-----3.how much is it costing the taxpayers of Pennsylvania to send soldiers to Afghanistan every year?----4.how much is it costing to send soldiers from Pennsylvania to Iraq every year?-----5.will people born in 1999 and later on be taxed 33 percent of their gross income in the future or more like 65 percent?-----6.if Marcellus Shale severance tax does finally get voted in---how much of it will the PA. Dept. of Corrections get to grab from that?----7.Why in the hell doesn't Pennzoil get all those oil wells up in Warren County and Venango County uncapped so they can drill for more oil and give some of that money to help pay for the incarceration of what seems to be an ever-growing prison inmate population?------hey,soon as somebody lets me know how this state or Gov. ---better yet---ask President Change if Pennsylvania can start printing it's own money so we can afford to incarcerate 120,000 people at our state prisons instead of only a measly 50,000.

well,on the other hand,I like the way that Ed Rendell thinks by forking over lots of money to the schools since the U.S. is consistently falling behind in scientific advancements and we used to be the most scientifically advanced nation in the world and now other nations are beginning to pull ahead---

A family member had her door kicked in a a gun stuck in her 2nd old daughters face because of " suspicious activity" reported by a racist neighbor by City of Greensburg police dept. They also need to be more careful. My heart goes out to the officers family and I believe this was a tragedy, but I dont believe Christina Korbe is evil.

Guns and drugs were in the house. So what? They lived their lives without hurting anyone while the law enforcement thugs were breaking in doors. Being involved in an idiot government does not make a violent intruder less deserving of a bullet.
Be strong Christina.

Not hurting anyone? I guess her children don't count. They are low-lifes who, like some who post here, have a problem with authority figures. The Korbes got what they deserved.

A lot of people do not have any problem with Authority...what people have a problem with is Authority, Abusing their Authority!!!! They are there to "Serve & Protect" Not bust doors down when they have small children in the house and especially, when the Husband (who they were coming for) had a Court hearing the next day...It would of been a lot safer if they would of grabbed him outside of the court house!A lot of people also feel terrible what happened to this FBI agent & his family (he was young & fearless)They should of did it a different way...It does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure that one out!! What I am also saying is why aren't they excepting any responsibility for their actions?? Sorry, but they are Not God!!!

BUT, But, but, if they don't kick the door in how are they going to collect ADDITIONAL evidence? Never-mind the warrant or the original basis for the warrant, they want to find ADDITIONAL evidence to make their bosses happy. Happy trails cowboys! These cowboy operations are all about collecting ADDITIONAL evidence. Sometime they find more evidence, sometime they find a bullet in the head. The supervisors who approve these home invasions should turn on their brains and realize that ADDITIONAL evidence is not worth people getting killed. Could Robert Korbe have been arrested in a much safer manner, hell yeah! Was the opportunity to seize additional evidence worth a gun battle inside a house, with kids? Oh yeah the Korbes may not be angels but guess what ya legal scumbags, they weren't found guilty yet.
The Problem - Quite often the warrants are obtained with loose evidence or outright lies from paid snitches. They really got nothing but a judge's agreement that they can bring the person in, so they have to find evidence to make a REAL case. Hence the 6AM drama.
Interesting that when the cop(s) gets popped in the head, the shooter is instantly a murderer, who has to get a court order to see her kids. If the intruders would have shot Christina it would have been a justified shooting, case closed.
Christina should be out on bail while she wait for her "fair" trial. Pittsburgh cops can beat the hell out of an innocent kid and they get paid to stay home while the DA tries to find a justification, why ain't they rotting in jail while they wait for their day in court?
Ever wonder why the feds don't videotape these home invasion operations? How do you think it would look to a jury? You wanna bet the cops didn't identify themselves until one had a bullet hole? Didn't Christina call 911 to report her home was being invaded? Hmmm lots of questions.
I could Not have said it better...thank you again!!:)
